Ms. Shilpi Agarwal of Lions Club organized a hygiene workshop for the students at MSV where she talked about personal and sanitary hygiene. This was followed by distribution of environment-friendly biodegradable sanitary pads to the girls. Lion Club aims to inculcate good hygiene practices and provide sanitary pads to our girls for a whole year.
With the help of our volunteers, we organized a yet another successful garage sale this year. Right before we break for Durga Puja, we collect useful items from our friends and family which we sell to the people of Madurdaha at slashed prices. The collections from this year's sale stands at Rs. 90,000.
We held our Annual General Meeting in school premises with key members of Dakshini Prayash. The goal was to reflect on what has been done, analyze the impact, and discuss how to improve moving forward.
